  Was there 2 years ago and chose it again because of the good memories. It is disappointing now. 4stars? room dirty, windows dirty (on my window a guest before wrote with his fingers "Please clean"). Shower head covered in mould and probably never cleaned. Minibar empty. Food is definitely not worth the price (14Euro for a raw hamburger)

  Neither the facilities nor the staff should be criticized, except the location. It is not a good place for you to travel to the town center and train terminal.

  The room was a good size and the staff friendly and helpful at all times. I appreciated the way they did not immediately jump in with English when I tried my halting French or German. The staff had good local knowledge of, for example local bus and train services. The breakfast buffet was substantial and offered an excellent choice for such a small hotel.

  One or two technical hitches such as the fact that the room safe could not be fixed during my stay but the staff were able to offer me use of the hotel safe.

  We had a special price of €80 for really good 4* hotel. Free parking on Sunday. Easy 5-10mins walk to old tourist office

  Nice to have tea & coffee facility. Note: limited parking must have confirmation from hotel.

  Free parking in the open garage, very nice and helpfull staff, big and confortable room and great shower. Definitelly recommended!

  About 15 to 20 min from the centre, but no problem for us. Apart from that nothing to complain.

  The location of the hotel is great, 10 min walking and you are in the center. Free parking is a big advantage as well. The bathroom was very modern and equipped with everything that is needed. Perfect value for money.

  Small garage. Have to leave my car parked in front of the hotel and during the night some drunk hit my car and took off.

  We had a superior room which was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. It is app. 20 min walk from city center.

  Since the room is a manzard room it was very hot. Air conditioning was not working.

  The hotel can be found very easily because it is at one of the main streets a bit outside of the centre.

  Due to the fact that it is not very central we had to walk quite a bit to get to the heart of the city. Breakfast was very expensive and therefore we didn't eat there.

  The staff was outstanding, very helpful and extremely nice. The hotel was excellent. I will go back there every time I go to Luxemburg. Great hotel!

  My wife and I love its location-so very central that we walked every where. Free wireless services available 24/7. We also love having a kitchenette so we can prepare our own meals. Our room was large enough and very quiet. So in sum, we love the location, wireless (very business oriented hotel). Personally, having a kitchenette and a large quiet room-- not facing the street--was very important for us.

  This is a hotel very much oriented to the business traveller. And as such the tv programme was the most boring hotel entertainment programme ever! And my wife and I have travelled all over the world! There were several German language channels but most were telemarketing, the few french language ones were also mostly telemarketing and game shows. Then there is cnn and bbc news with their parrot-like repetition of the same news 24/7. So in the evening there is no room entertainment. There was also a bit of mis-representation of the room. On Booked.net it was described as having a fully equipped kitchenette but it was very poorly equipped--which made preparing our meal a challenged so we were forced to eat out. In addition, the room was described as having one double bed and one single bed but there were only two single beds which were not very comfortable to share.
